Pat Todd & The Rankoutsiders Return to Europe with New Album "I'll Dream Alone"
The former Lazy Cowgirls frontman brings the new album to Europe this autumn for 23 shows across seven countries.
Pat Todd, the former frontman of legendary Los Angeles punk band The Lazy Cowgirls, is heading back to Europe with Pat Todd & The Rankoutsiders this autumn, bringing a brand new album and 23 live shows across Spain, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Germany and Switzerland.
Todd formed The Lazy Cowgirls after moving to Los Angeles in the early '80s. The band became an important part of the city's underground rock scene, with releases including Radio Cowgirl, Ragged Soul and A Little Sex and Death. After the Lazy Cowgirls ended, Todd continued writing and performing with The Rankoutsiders, expanding their punk-rooted sound with elements of country, blues and classic rock ’n’ roll.
Today, I’ll Dream Alone arrives as the ninth album from The Rankoutsiders, released via Hound Gawd! Records. The 12-track record mixes road-tested Rankoutsiders material with songs developed in the studio, moving through punk, country, blues and classic rock 'n' roll along the way.
The European run kicks off October 9 at Funtastic Drácula Carnival in Benidorm, Spain, followed by dates across Spain and Italy before moving through Central Europe. The tour wraps up November 8 at Café Mokka in Thun, Switzerland.
